The Shops at Briargate features a number of restaurants including Ted’s Montana Grill, Biaggi’s Ristorante, Panera, P.F. Chang’s, Qdoba Mexican Grill, California Pizza Kitchen and Champps.

Opened in 1988, Pine Creek Golf Club is known as "the player's choice." and rated as one of the area’s premier public golf courses. This 18-hole championship course offers two to five tee boxes per hole, and ranges from a front-tee length of 4,882 yards to over 7,241 yards for the championship tees. In addition to providing great golf, the surrounding community is one of the top places to buy Briargate real estate.
Briargate is served by a number of large churches and religious organizations. One of the most prominent groups in the area is Focus on the Family, a global Christian ministry dedicated to helping families thrive. Chapel Hills Mall is a 1.2 million square foot facility that features more than 100 retailers, restaurants, and six department stores including Macy’s, Sears, Dillard’s, JC Penney and Burlington Coat Factory.
